Shipping & Pickup

Free shipping in France on orders over €250

  • Home Delivery with Signature Required
  • Pick-Up Points (France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands)
  • In-Store Pickup (You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection in-store).

You can pick up your order for free at our shop. If you choose this option, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up.

Delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for Europe and 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

During holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended by a few days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services.

For preorders, delivery times will be specified on the relevant product page. If your order includes multiple items, one of which is a preorder, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available, unless you request otherwise at hello@admiseparis.com.

Any order outside the European Union may be subject to local customs fees or VAT. Admise Paris cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or VAT incurred upon receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. This period is extended to 30 days for orders placed in December and August.

FREE RETURNS: Return requests from the countries listed below can be processed directly through our RETURNS PORTAL :
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, mainland France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.

You can choose your refund method (store credit or refund) and will receive a return label to attach to your package. Your refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving your package, once its condition has been verified (items must be unworn, undamaged, and have tags attached).

For countries not listed above, returns are at your expense: you may send your order to the following address:

Worn, damaged, or unlabeled items will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you have any doubts, errors regarding the size or color of your product, or if there is a problem (defective product, damaged package), you can request an exchange through our RETURNS PORTAL for the countries listed below.

You can indicate in the comments section the product you wish to receive in exchange, making sure to specify its size and color.

Exchanges are only possible for a product of equal or lesser value compared to the original item ordered. If the desired exchange product costs less than the initial product, we will refund the difference.

Please include your order confirmation with your package to ensure a quick processing of your return.

If you selected the in-store pickup option, the return or exchange of your order must be done directly at the Admise boutique located at 43 Rue de la Folie Méricourt, Paris 11th. The boutique is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Worn, damaged, or unlabeled items will not be refunded or exchanged.

If you purchased one or more products in our Admise boutique and wish to make a return, you have 15 days to come to the store (one month in December, July, and August) to exchange or request a store credit valid for one year online and in-store. We do not process refunds for purchases made in-store. Worn, damaged, or unlabeled items cannot be exchanged.

After our inspection of the product (must be unworn with tags), we will process the refund for your order (excluding original shipping fees) within 15 business days after receiving your package.

  • The refund will be issued as store credit valid for one year online and in-store, or as a refund to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on your selection in the returns portal.
  • If the original payment for your order was made with a gift card, the card will be credited with the refund amount, and its validity will be reset.

You will receive a notification via email.

Worn, damaged, or unlabeled items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Claim

Here’s what to do:

First, check with your neighbors and building manager to see if your package was received on your behalf. Sometimes packages may be marked as "delivered" but arrive a few days later. If you do find your package, please let us know by replying to this email. If not:

  1. File a claim with the relevant delivery service:

  2. Email us with your order number and attach a signed declaration (in PDF format) contesting the delivery of your package, along with a photocopy of your ID.

Once we receive your documents, we will file a claim with our logistics service to try to locate your lost package. As soon as we have more information, we will reach out to you with a solution.

Our team ensures that our products meet our standards. However, despite our diligence, it’s possible that one of your items may have a manufacturing defect.

Please email us at hello@admiseparis.com so we can address your claim. We will send you a return label and process an exchange for the defective item if it is still available. If it is not, we will offer you a similar product, store credit, or a refund.

Would you like to make a change to your order? (Change of address, modification of size or color, adding or removing an item, canceling an order...) Please email us at hello@admiseparis.com.

If your order has not yet been handed over to our carrier, we can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes or proceed with the cancellation. If your order has already been handed over to our carrier, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel it.

We do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time. If you notice a significant delay in the shipping of your order, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@admiseparis.com.

If you were unable to pick up your package in time or if there was an error during shipping resulting in a return to sender status on your tracking, please write to us at hello@admiseparis.com to inform us. Once we receive your package, we will promptly arrange for it to be resent to you.
